You state that Zoey is not pleased – is a cat ever pleased? We have 5 of our own cats and presently 9 foster kittens and 1 foster teenager kitten. The calico – teenager – is a typical cat (and for that matter a typical teenager), ie: Will only acknowledge your existence when it is beneficial for her, but oh my gosh a fly in the window is something to become hysterical about. I think she is hitting the cat nip hard – the poor plant in the back yard is quite mutilated. She is never pleased. She even herds us when it is supper time. Soon she will be going to her forever home – she will be missed.
