It pays to always have my Canon 550D just inches from my hand so that as I’m driving, I can snap a picture, like this one:
Really? There were no dogs in line to get themselves washed, but I do hope this business succeeds. I’ll have to check a few times later in the summer to see if all those sandy, salty dogs from Dog Beach just down the road go here to get all cleaned up.

Hi,
I think it is a great idea, as long as it’s not too expensive people will go I am sure. 🙂

To be honest, if I had a dog and don’t have a yard, I will wash the dog at places like this. Better there than in the bathtub and get the bathroom all wet and dirty. I think the dog will appreciate it too. 🙂

I can understand that, but I’m thinking that a small dog is in a property that doesn’t have a yard so washing it in the bathtub would be so much easier than getting in the car and driving someplace. I’m thinking that a big dog would probably have a yard where it would be convenient and easier to wash the dog rather than getting in a car.
I think my whole problem with this is getting a dog in the car, driving somewhere to give it a bath, and then getting a wet dog back in the car and driving back home. It just seems like soooooooooo much trouble.
Who knows, though, maybe they have an air dryer for the dog just like they do for the car!

I’m always on the lookout for an opportunity to push the shutter button on my Canon 550D. What good is the camera otherwise? lol

Goodness me… I hope the dogs don’t get sprayed with high pressure hoses, and then have to go through those huge brush thingies. Horrors! 😉

I take my elderly neighbors dogs to the pet groomers because she can’t wash them, now if this were handy and cheaper, I’d use it. Sharp eye, good shoot.

I love the idea. Ever try to get sand off of a long haired shepherd? I’d frequent that place in a New York minute!

ZCC and I just came in from the back patio. Did a little gardening — rearranged some water fountains and plants, tall in back, short up front….. Hmmm. Didn’t I learn that in first grade when we had the class picture taken? How come the tall people can’t choose to be short sometimes, like, maybe, sitting on the ground or in a chair? Or maybe the short people could stand on chairs. Oh, it’s a dastardly world in which we live………

I liked being in the back. It hid my knobby knees.
